Kegel exercise after vag delivery/childbirth/pregnancy?


I’m 31 with a 7&10 y/o. I exercise regularly, more like a lot. What I don’t do is kegel exercises. They just feel weird and unnatural to me. HOWEVER; I can’t control the tiny little leaks that occur a lot whilst exercising, or even just working. The tiny leaks build up, and as gross as it is, cause smells and I fear may lead to unrinary infection. Have or do you do kegel exercises? Did you notice a difference in being able to hold your bladder 100%?
