Horrible Ovulation day after a MC?

Has anyone else had an extremely horrible ovulation day after a MC. 
I MC on 9/14. Got my positive opk just on time yesterday and ovulating today. But this is HORRIBLE. I woke up with a intense all around sharp stomach pains and cramps and all around feel super shitty and exhausted.

I had exactly the same after my miscarriage I’m glad it wasn’t just me and was totally normal. Literally felt like my ovaries were aching

I'm with u yes, back pain i usually get bus this months the pains are awful,  Mc last month. Sorry for your loss ♥️🤞🏽👶🏼
