Ivf miscarriage d&c

So this is my 3rd day after my d&c and no bleeding but i am having horrible pains on and off, i get this sharp knife feeling all at once through my stomach/vagina and butt. Its horrible! Feels just like contractions. Idk if this is normal? Anyone please thats been through d&c how was it. I only bled the same day after the surgery but didnt get anything after, its just the horrible pain. Very sharp. And especially after i use the bathroom the pain comes back again
