Do you think is twins?

I thought i seen two when she pulled it up and she said just 1 baby, iv had multiple people ask if im having twins.. just wondering what you see and if i should get a second opinion? this is 6 weeks

I think that is the yolk sack. You will definately know at your next ultrasound

It does look like the yolk sac on the left. In my first ultrasound my mom and a few others later told me they thought I had three. But I’m 19+4 now and definitely only have two 😄

Looks like just one to me but you'll find out more when they do blood work and the next ultrasound.
