So I’ve been having this problem for a week now and I went to go see my obgyn.... no help at all..

I’m growing these huge pimples on my vag lip, they say it’s ingrown hair but it doesn’t seem like it, I’ve NEVER Seen a pimple on me this big and it worries me so much.

My obgyn said to put a warm wet cloth but it’s not working.

Any suggestions please other than the cloth. :(
