I’m getting over a bad cold and I still have a cough. Whenever I cough I wet myself🤦🏼‍♀️ plz tell me this is normal and I’m not alone

I sneeze and every time it never fails, I pee myself 😑 I wear panty liners and change them throughout the day

yes i started doing kegels every time i sit on the toilet and its helped so much

Sadly yes. Cross your legs when you cough or sneeze. I’ve had to since my first baby. I HATE it but it save me from peeing myself.
