So I have just found out about "menstrual cups" ... Was just wondering ... Are the better than tampons and pads??? An how long did it take to get use to them???

I get really bad cramps my tom. Using tampons always makes me cramp worse. I'm a pads only girl. It's more natural than sticking things up there. No offense to those who do. Everyone's body is different.

I heard they're healthier than tampons and I'm pretty sure anything is better than tampons. But feel the cup would be messier. I just can't imagine fishing up there to grap a blood filled cup...... Ehhhhh. I'm a tampons only person just for the convenience and cleanliness
