Any suggestions will help ladies

I went in for a transvaginal ultrasound a seen what could've been a ectopic pregnancy because the tech went up a little in 4D, I saw fingers or toes in color. So she sent my results to MyChart a online thingy for you to receive your test results, and it said all my reproductive organs are normal. So I go back to my doctors assistant and told her I saw something on the ultrasound. She immediately gave me another referral and said go back but she wrote "complete abdominal ultrasound" and the reason "uterine fibroids" I thought it was a big deal but I'm like who diagnosed me with fibroids 🤔 but then I seen the treatment can work as a fertility aid just in case after this ultrasound I really didn't see a baby and I'm like my eyes aren't crazy though. So I went back and the same tech came out and said, "empty my bladder." She was ready to perform another transvaginal ultrasound. I was upset because I've gotten ultrasounds in the past and they always said drink plenty of water here while you wait and try "Not" to pee. This time she said go empty my bladder again. Then I explained that, "I'd prefer my stomach to be checked maybe a longitudinal plane ultrasound" I don't want another transvaginal. So I said remember when I was here she said was there any follow up I'm like no but I'm suspecting a pregnancy that why I came back. Finally after all this she said well we'd need some blood work so you don't want the transvaginal? I said no. This time she claim it was a mix up because a complete abdominal ultrasound is for radiology to look at my organs plus I shouldn't have pee. So she didn't bother to get blood work I went to a different hospital this tech said, no I'm not gonna perform no ultrasound for fibroids and it say complete abdominal they need to fix this ultrasound. By this time I'm really feeling something in my uterus and mind you my Dr office still didn't have any blood work but giving me referrals to hospitals for ultrasounds. The hospital even saying we're not going to get paid because of the reason she sending you in for a complete abdominal and it should say ob pelvic ultrasound for pregnancy. Boom would you believe I went back and told my Dr again and she gave me another referral and I said complete ultrasound for menorragia?? Me still not learning from the last time these people turned me around again they said "no you don't get no complete abdominal ultrasound for mennorragia"😭 I was so upset the radiologist said I can only check above your waist and only your organs. The reason is why we wouldn't get paid." I was ballistic like WTH is wrong with my dumb a$$ doctor. And I'm feeling something in my uterus especially when I lay on my stomach something just floated as I'm typing this. I've had abdominal surgery in the pass so with the huge scar in the middle I'm not showing in which my grandma didn't. show neither. I honestly feel like my primary Care is playing around with my health. Ladies what should I do. I plan to now just go to the ER and say I'm having sever pain in my pelvic area on the left side, same side I seen the toes. But I'm afraid they won't do a ultrasound neither. My doc finally did get blood work from me but still no results from my 1st ultrasound yet. So now I'm on iron, and stool softeners but she still haven't said anything about pregnancy but yet suggest a ultrasound for the wrong reason. Actually I need prayer because the guy who wants me to have his kid I'm 100% sure he is going crazy he's awaiting a pregnancy announcement with a due date 😭 and it seems that I'm wasting his time or faking a pregnancy when I know he felt it in the process cause I did. Please don't go bashing me I'm glad you took the time to read this but this is ridiculous. I pray they take a look at my tummy when I go to a ER I just need the right story if I explain I have something going on on my left side, something moves, floating etc; 😢
