Can you trust a dollar store test at 10 minutes?

Now, before anyone says "you need to go by the minutes on the box"…I usually follow that rule!  I'm asking this because I feel like I've seen people say that dollar store tests take longer to show results.. Is that true? Did you have results within ten minutes, and if so.. Did you end up being pregnant?! I'm thinking it could be an evap line or this is just going to be a chemical pregnancy.. (Had a VERY faint line yesterday, lighter than this one!) Need some opinions!
