7-8 dpo too early to test?

My husband’s birthday is tomorrow, and I’d really like to wake him up with good news. Since about 4 dpo, I’ve been a little emotional (not my norm) and have had lots of cm. Like, noticeably more than normal. Too early? Yay or nay? (I’m polling because I wake up at 5:30 am each morning and I’m debating staying in bed with my hubs for a few extra minutes instead of hurrying off and testing too early) 😉

I tested 8 dpo and it was negative. Missed my period and tested again (now 14 dpo) and it was positive! I would defiantly wait so you don’t get discouraged with a negative 💗

You can test but don’t be disappointed if it’s negative at this point as you still might be pregnant! If you think it’ll ruin your day, i would wait a few more days

Too early but if you get a positive later than his birthday you can wrap it and be like oh I forgot to give you this gift!!
