Do you take Geritol Capsules or liquid?

I want to try geritol. I hear a lot of success stories. Are you supposed t take the capsules or liquid or does it even matter? Thank you and baby dust to you ✨✨✨🌈🌈🌈

Heard that liquid works best. I just started last week. Just a heads up it’s horrible.. well the smell is. But just pinch your nose, throw it back and with your nose still pinched eat something afterwards with a string taste. Like a lemon or jolly rancher., anything. And youll be fine. I never really taste the geritol when I do it like that.

I alternate, one day I take pill the next liquid. The liquid is awful! I always chase mine with orange juice to get the taste out of my mouth. The pill isn't bad at all though.

I use the pills. The liquid caused my heart rate to increase by triple digits. I went from a 69 to 143 in matter of 24 hours after taking the liquid. I dont have that issue with the capsules.
