3 days to period...

I have taken a few HPTs to see if I am pregnant. I have endo, pcos, uterine fibroids, and cyst on my ovary (I only have one ovary). On 6 days to period I tested the urine went over the line that is supposed to be your line and a line showed up, by the time my SO got to the bathroom, the line was gone. I was so crushed! I feel like what's the point in testing anymore cause I'm pretty sure I am NOT pregnant. Having the usual cramps, pelvic pain, sore nipples... period is on it's way :( The pic is fine yesterday (4 days to period)... still negative
