Fluttering/pulsating pelvic area

I'm on CD 25, assuming I ovulated on CD 14. My cycles are 26 days long. Lately I've been super moody, nauseous, tired and have been having strange cravings (salt, coffee, soda). Now, it feels as if my right pelvic region is pulsating, or like a fluttering feeling. Took 2 hpt two days ago and both were negative. Also took one yesterday and negative as well. Anyone else ever experience this?!
