Lemonade to make baby move??

I’m 16 weeks and want to try to feel some flutters today for peace of mind and I’ve read lemonade helps but I have crystal light and that has zero sugar. Should I put some sugar in or should it work with just the lemonade powder?

Pretty sure it’s the sugar. But baby is still so small I wouldn’t be concerned or surprised if it didn’t do anything.

Avocado and orange juice do it for me. Good luck! It may be too early though, especially if this is your first. You can try jumping jacks and the OJ and avocado, lay down and may work.

I use cold tap-water. Could never drink those sugar-stuff 🤢. But my LO always goes crazy as soon as I drink water.
