I’m feeling better!

I recently started exercising and lost a total of 5 pounds in 2 weeks (most likely water weight) ever since, I saw a a drastic change in my menstrual cycle. I have a fibroid so I have very long periods, heavy flow, and when I am not on my period I spot. I’ve lasted more than a month on my period. When I wasn’t on my period, I BD everyday. I’ve been trying to conceive for nearly 2 and a half years and still no luck. I knew I had to change my lifestyle. My husband and I have lost weight and we are noticing how we can not eat like we used to. We drink water in every meal. Can exercising be the reason why my period is changing? Or can it be the way I’m eating?
