I applied to the one and only birth center in my state but I’m not sure if I’m just nervous about it or really regretting it. I want a different experience than my sons birth because it was traumatic but I’m not sure what to do.

I’ve consulted with a more natural practice at a local hospital that has great feedback in the low intervention birth community and have also met everyone at the birth center. They’re on a wait list so I won’t know until October 25 if I was accepted.

I like that the hospital practice is easy - I don’t have to do anything but the BC is the total opposite of that down to insurance claims.

I’ve talked to friends but they’re all biased so I guess I’m just looking for more feedback.
