I need advice. I want to have a natural birth, no epidural. I am 37 weeks pregnant and so far doctor thinks its possible:). Everyone I tell I'm doing it without an epidural laughs in my face. Of course my Husband is 130% on my side, but everyone else is bringing my confidence down. Please please someone give me advice on how to do this naturally! This is my first child and I am scared of the pain. But I WILL do this naturally so please help!!
