So its been a few weeks since my doctor diagnosed my pregnancy as a missed miscarriage and i do NOT want a dnc or the pill, so they gave me until oct. 10th to try and miscarry naturally. I’ve only had brown spotting for a few days comes & goes. Right now I wipe and this comes out! I wipe again and NOTHING. Like nothing more. Please tell me this a start because the waiting game is killing me and i want this heartache to have peace!

If you have any advice on how to speed up this process pls let me know!
