Are these pregnancy signs??

I am about 9 days late I been trying to conceive for the past year now these are my symptoms

​Diarrhea
​gas
​Nausea 
​Cramps 
​Peeing about every other 40 minutes.
​always want to eat like never ending hunger!! And if I see something I want to eat I have to have it! I never felt these things before but I don't want to get my hopes up I took one test around six days ago at night and it said negative can I still be pregnant please help

Are your periods regular? I would take another pregnancy test - if you are pregnant it should definitely show.

The only real way to know is take a test and use first morning urine for accurate results.. Or got your doc to do a blood test. Fingers crossed hopefully u get a BFP!

Oh and very very bloated like I look like I'm already four months pregnant lol!
