Glucose testing
So I have my glucose testing tomorrow at 730 am.
However, I'm a nurse and i work nights, so 6pm to 630am. I'm planning to go after my shift ends. I'm really worried about when I should eat last. And if I'm allowed water or anything else. My instructions said 8-14 hours fast. I'm thinking is should eat last sometime before midnight. I saw somewhere that water should be limited. But that's gonna be the only thing that keeps me up. Any help? Please!
