Sooo bloated

I’ve been super bloated for a week and a half.. usually my stomach is almost flat.. pregnancy tests have been negative so I’m not exactly sure what the heck is going on. I feel REALLY full after eating anything and as you can see my stomach is huge right now lol.

Any tips on getting rid of bloat? I workout and do yoga... my diet isn’t that great though.

I’m going vegan next week and cutting out all yucky (yummy) foods.
