What were your symptoms when you got pregnant with PCOS!?

Sore breasts, I went from really hungry to terrible food aversions all in the first 6 weeks. Morning sickness (smells are the worst), spotting.

My breasts got bigger and they felt a but sore, that was the only symptom. 
I only found out (at 7 weeks) because I thought I had UTI and went to the doctor.
