What do you think about at night to help you fall asleep when dealing with anxiety and overthinking?

Im feeling so restless, still haven’t slept. Ive tried my sleeping playlist which sometimes works. Ive been especially very stressed this week, and I’m having bad anxiety. My mind wont stop picturing different scenarios with the people in my life. I just wanna sleep. Took a 3 hour nap from 9-12 but woke up and cant go back to sleep. Its now 6am. I just wanna sleep before the sun comes up and get my last 3 hours in :/
