Wondering how long it took for you to conceive after you started trying?

I was on the Mirena IUD for about 4 years, and had it removed mid-July. We’ve been trying since then but getting nothing except BFNs! I have 2 children from a previous marriage, and fell pregnant immediately after stopping birth control with both.

Beginning to feel hopeless. DH wants to be a daddy so badly. Why isn’t this happening for us?! 😫
