You’re neighbor above you tells you that her abusive boyfriend (has two kids together and she has been off an on with him) is not allowed to live in the apartment. That it’s court ordered that he can’t live there. But then you see him hanging around for a few days in a row... hear loud noises/bangs from their apartment... would you report it? If so who do you even call?

If I heard banging from an apartment with an abusive boyfriend in there, I would call 911. How is this even a question? I would also report her to CPS for repeatedly exposing her child to the abusive dickwad.

Call your local police department, make an anonymous noice complaint and state the abusive history. Tell them you just want to make sure she is safe there.

If you choose to do that then make sure it's as anonymous as anonymous gets. "Hello 911? I hear a domestic ruckus going on in apt so and so and i am concerned because there is a restraining order....yes, no thank you I'd like to stay absolutely anonymous thank you." Click.

I’d report it, but I don’t know exactly who to call...can they consider him breaking court order if he’s only been there a few days? Is that considered “living” on the premises? I dontknow anything about law so 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
