Why did you want children?

So something has been bothering me lately, when I tell someone I want kids for the loud messy craziness they bring because it comes with all the love and things like that they told me that I’m crazy. So when you were thinking about having kids what made you most excited or really wanted to have kids?

I never wanted kids until I got pregnant with my first daughter. Now I'm ready for number 3!

Don’t let that bother you, different strokes for diff folks. I love my kids but in no way am I looking forward to the loud crazy messy shit, if course I’ll take it bc that comes with the territory..  but it’s certainly not my fav part lol

I wanted it for the close family part. I’ve always wanted 4 kids & I found out that my now husband does too. He’s an only child & I have 2 siblings. We both are really family oriented so that’s what we wanted for our family 😊 I want boys only (God willing) for the rough & tough. I totally believe I’m meant to be a boy mom 💙👶🏼 I’m so excited to put them in sports & martial arts 😍

I thought I was absolutely insane, I grew up with 5 siblings so like the dirty diapers and the crying, the first time giving my children solid foods or painting outside with them or their toys scattered about excite me just as much as their first anything or the sweet loving moments they bring. When my nieces are acting like damn fools I obviously try to get them to act appropriately but I secretly love watching them change. Like raising them and teaching them right from wrong. Cleaning up after them and slowly getting them to be able to do it for themselves. I try my best to explain that to people and they always try to tell me it’s only me and I’m crazy and whatever else. I just can’t wait to be someone’s mom and take care of them for all their faults and messes and all their achievements and good times. I watch my sister with her kids sometimes and I envy how good of a mother she is and I pray to be half the mother she is. I hope this comes off how I wanted it to 😂😅
