Has this happened to anyone?

I am currently 9dpo and all urine test I have taken at home are BFNs. (I know it may be too early but I couldn't help myself) my DH and I are ttc, and I have been tracking ovulation. I ovulated Sept 24 and have very painful ovulation on my left side (normal for me) in July I had the same thing happen and ended up going to ER for pain and GYN the next day. She did a urine test and it was BFN and I had a blood test done which was also BFN I was about 7 or 8 DPO when I saw her and she also did a ultrasound and confirmed I did ovulate and everything looked great and my uterine lining was 8mm. Now Oct I just went back for alot of pelvic pain again and she said I did indeed ovulate and my uterine lining was very thick 20mm, because of that she order a blood test to confirm if i am pregnant or not. I'm REALLY hoping for a BFP when I get the call tomorrow. But my question is has anyone experienced this before? Did it turn out to be BFP? All comments welcome.
