IUD insertion today
I just got my Mirena IUD inserted today and the cramps are absolutely killing me! Any tips for helping with the pain? I’ve already taken two Advil, two ibuprofen, and have been in a hot bath for an hour. I don’t feel sick anymore but I’ve never had cramps before and never this bad.
