Started my leave from work 32 weeks

I work in a factory and it has been very hard on me all week trying to catch my breath and getting on and off of a forklift, pushing heavy carts around etc. Today I called the nurse because I was dizzy, seeing stars, had a headache, and vomiting. She wanted me to go into the ER where my BP was 130/81 (I usually run about 105/70) ruled out blood clot in my lungs and my BP went back down, no protein in my urine so preeclampsia was ruled out. Tomorrow I go for an ultrasound of my heart to see if that's possibly the cause of my breathing problems. Luckily my dr approved my leave request now. I know I wont have any "bonding time" after birth but I will still have 6 weeks of short term disability covering me before I have to go back.
