I don't know how to word this...
Ok, so I admit I occasionally supplement because I'm embarrassed to breastfeed in public! Since I've been doing that, I started my period today...I was wondering two things: can I still breastfeed while on it & is this normal...(I'm a first time mom so I'm not sure)
