Threatened miscarriage

I am 5 weeks and 3 days. Sunday I spotted some after sex. Went to get checked out and they said they could see the sac and said measured 4 weeks and 6days. Yesterday morning I had spotting after sex and it hasn’t stoped it got heavier an red instead of pink. It was like the beginning Of my period. I went to work and left to go get check out this morning. They said my levels had risen since Sunday and that on the ultrasound they could not see anything. So levels on Sunday were 112 today were 130. They said at this time it is a threaten miscarriage because they can’t confirm because of the levels. I have an appointment Monday to check the levels again. So around the time that I am I thought you were supposed to see something on the ultrasound. They are afraid it may be somewhere else. But that’s not what the other hospital said Sunday. I’m so overwhelmed. Has anyone else had a similar experience? 😢💔 I’m so broken.
