So tired

Okay, so I’m only 8 weeks along, but I’m struggling for any motivation to do anything at all. I’m so exhausted all day long and all I want to do is lay around and do nothing. I don’t even have the urge to eat. I’ve been super nauseous and have been constipated, and then had serious diarrhea. Is it normal? Because I feel like absolute hell
