When is the best time to have my baby shower?

Need you help from you good planner moms out there! 
My due date is March 20th, 2019. I can’t decide when to do my baby shower. There’s a lot of holidays coming up in December, January and February. I don’t want to wait till last minute. My first baby came 3 weeks early. 
What do y’all think? I also live in Washington state and the winters here are cold and wet. It rains and snows a lot. I have a lot of family and friend traveling from Oregon so I want to make sure the weather doesn’t affect the shower. People always RSVP and I cook a ton of food and then none shows up because it’s raining too much.

January is normally a tough month for people financially, so I would wait until Feb if you can 😊
