How long did it take you to get used to and settle in with 2 kids?

When baby is born in Feb my son will be 3 months shy of 3 yo.

My first was 2 when I had my second child. I was so nervous and felt like it was gonna be to much to handle. When the time came everything just fell naturally together. It felt like I had been a mother of two for like ever. Lol Now my oldest is 5 and my middle will be 3 when I have my 3rd baby. I’m honestly not even nervous because I know it will fall into place like it did before. We are mothers, we got this!☺️ y’all ladies will do great!💖

My first was 14 months exactly when her sister was born. I think we make ourselves more nervous then we should be. You will be fine! Just remember to take care of yourself and spend some quality time with your oldest when you can and everything will be great.

My son will be 2 years, 10 months when his brother arrives. I plan on asking for a lot more help from family this time around and planning lots of mommy and daddy solo dates with him. Other than that granting us lots of grace during the transition to being a family of 4 🤷🏻‍♀️🙏🏻😬

I don't think there's any way to prepare for it... I'm just going to try my best to have the house clean and organized, meals in the freezer and stocked up on necessities before baby comes. And then just hang on! We're doing our best to teach our son to listen now and I plan on making busy boxes for him to play with while I'm busy with the newborn. Older son will be 2 years 2 months when new baby arrives.
