SMEP question - To BD or not? Help

Following sperm meets egg plan this month... Got positive opk on clearblue digital monitor Thursday, so BD'ed Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Today we're supposed to take a break and try once more tomorrow - yet I'm feeling cramping in my right ovary? Could I be ovulating now? Should I BD dance today even though SMEP says to beak and glow fertility window is over? Thoughts? Thanks!
