Hello ladies my husband and I want a baby of our own since I have 4 boys already and 2 years ago I had two miscarriage. Now we was talking about having a baby but it wasn't the right time in our life but now its time we want to have a baby but one thing is stopping us and that's my tubes being tied and I'm 41 and he's 28 I been off the pills over 2 years and we don't use condoms at all. But i can't get pregnant on my own because i have my tubes tied 6 years ago what should we do?
