8 weeks along and very few symptoms

Hi ladies,

I am 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I had sore boobs the first few weeks after finding out and a little more easily winded but that’s about it. I’ve had light brown ‘spotting’ off and on for about 2 weeks. (My dr said spotted can be normal in the first trimester) My first real appt and ultra sound is next week. I am so nervous something is wrong since I am not having nausea or any other strong symptoms. Any of you ladies had very few symptoms early on and everything was fine?
