Hi ladies. I had a natural miscarriage on 7/4 at 7 weeks. At my follow up on the July 13th, my doctor said everything expelled and all tissue was gone and my uterus was healing nicely & I would ovulate in a week or so. He also said to expect my first period "early August." Well last night, 8/5 I had some spotting, so I thought I was starting my period. I woke up today with nothing but a little discolor was discharge.. And nothing else all day. This was my first pregnancy and first m/c and I've always been really regular, menstral cycle wise.
