Selfish partner

So our baby girl is 10 weeks old. I look after her while my parter is at work which I love. However on his days off he really is being a bit selfish. He spends an hour and half every morning pottering around doing his hair watching tv while having his breakfast. I couldn’t remember the last time I washed my hair until last night when I got all of 15 minutes to quickly hop in the shower and wash it. I asked him this morning if I could just have an hour to spend to myself (to straighten my hair and do my make up etc) but because he needs to go to the gym today I’m not allowed to do that. When he’s working I don’t mind but it would be nice on his days off if he would just give me an hour to myself and watch our baby girl. Am I over reacting here?? This is just one example there have been numerous things he has done. Don’t get me wrong he is a good dad but he doesn’t seem to understand how hard it is looking after her all day and getting up to her in the night
