How do I tell him???🤔🍼🤰🏻

Question

My fiancé is on his way home from working out of town. I just took a test kinda of assuming it would be a negative. I had implantation bleeding for 4/5 days thinking it was a light period...but I took a test this morning and it was positive!!!!
How should I surprise him when he gets home??????? He has the car so I’m not able to run out to the store or anything🤔🤔🤔

I’ve done this four times, so here are my ideas: We have alphabet letters on our fridge so the last time I was pregnant, I spelled “Baby on the way.” And just waited for him to notice. It was taking too long so I dropped a couple on the ground so he would have to pick them up and put them back on the fridge. Then he saw it.
Another time I filled our room with blue and pink balloons and one shaped like a baby. I know you said you couldn’t make it to the store, but maybe you have some on hand. 
You could always just take the car out really quick when he gets home and run to the store. This time of year they have cute baby boots for winter. I would also recommend the book “Dada” by Jimmy Fallon. It’s funny.
