It means you might have a little bit of a bigger baby and there's no telling when you'll go in labor. I'd ask the doctor things like this when you go again. Write a list of questions you have until then

At 20 weeks I wouldn’t look too much into it. At our 20 week scan our nugget was at the 10th percentile, so pretty small. We had another scan at 31 weeks and the baby was in the 46th percentile. So things do change a lot of that amount of time. 
I would ask your doctor, but probably wouldn’t be overly concerned.
