Sleep

All I want to do is sleep right now. I try to take a nap after I get off of work at 1 pm and I usually get in an hour.

My problem is sleeping at night time. I wake up 2-4 times a night, not because I have to use the bathroom, just randomly. Anyone else have this problem? And how did you go about getting past it and actually getting some sleep at night? I'm only averaging 6 hrs of sleep but its always interrupted and I wake up for work exhausted.
