Is it normal for your pee to be dark yellow while pregnant? I drink water constantly, so I don’t think it’s because I’m dehydrated, but I don’t know. Can someone help me out? I’m kinda freaking out. I’m 6 weeks & 1 day.

It usually means you need more water. Pregnant or not.
Your pee should be very light. If not clear. Thats how I know I dont drink enough.

Your prenatal vitamins could also be throwing the color off. Mine make my pee bright yellow.
But it is always a good idea to drink more water!

You can drink Pedialyte. I have some in the fridge.(I keep forgetting its in there lol) if you Google different foods that contain water that helps. I also found an app to help with my water consumption
