I’m stressing out and dr only confused me

I got a BFP at 10dpo (Sunday) went to the doctor yesterday(Monday) at 11dpo and Dr told me that most likely I was going to MC because Dr noticed some blood (which to her indicated the start of AF). I am suppose to get my period tomorrow (Wednesday). I have seen some light pink/beige spotting when I wipe but it hasn’t been consistent. Is it possible that it can be implantation bleeding rather than a MC?
