Prenatals?

So these last few weeks I’ve been avoiding taking my prenatals because every time I try it makes me want to vomit . I have pill and gummy forms...I know I need to take them but does anyone have any advice or a specific brand they would recommend? I don’t want to cause any unnecessary issues by not taking them...I’m 9 and a half weeks pregnant.

I use Nature Made prenatal. They are pills, but they don’t make me sick. I’m not even pregnant. We are trying to get pregnant.

I took rainbow light at night and never felt nauseous.

I use the spring valley gummy ones. Never made me nauseous personally. Have you taken them with food or before bed? I've heard that helps if you're getting sick from them. Gummies are supposedly less likely to make you nauseous but I couldn't honestly tell you why. I'm sure it's online somewhere.

I like VitaFusion gummies and Rainbow Light pills. Sometimes the gummies make me nauseous but that didn’t start until 5months.
