I just realized my bleeding is heavier than previously assumed. I didnt understand why I had to empty my cup more than expected 😂

I based it on the assumption that my pads fit the typical standard of a maxi pad holding 10ml... well I wanted to measure my pads for myself because theyre made very differently from average pads... they hold 60ml... i lose about 540ml of blood in a period, which for my size is considered class 1 hemorrhaging 🙃. I have class 1 hemorrhaging every period guys. It wont kill me but its certainly uncomfortable 😂😂😂

Anyone ever had a realization like this? Especially from cup use? Its amazing what we learn about our bodies from switching to cups.
