Has anyone studied with two kids under 2?

I want to start studying nursing in March, but my kids will be 18 months and 1 month. Is it possible??

Anything is possible, but it won’t be easy. Nursing is a hard program without other things going on. Kudos for doing it btw, and know that it can be done, but it will be hard.

It honestly depends. Make sure you have a good support system (this goes for anyone in school but it goes a very long way if you have children) make sure family is on board and find as much help as possible. Its very hard to prioritize, obviously family/children and bills come first so school will usually take the back burner and it’s very easy to fall behind. Time management is also an issue, especially with a full time job. Make sure you’re prepared and dead set that going to school is what you want to do!! I’m due around Christmas and I have to be back at school in January... while I’d rather be at home snuggling my baby girl I know that I’m paying $40,000 for a degree so it has to happen! I’ve made up a list of friends and family to babysit when my bf isn’t available and I’ve already told him that when I’m studying at home, he’s on baby duty no questions asked. (We worked out a deal where I go to school first while he works then when I graduate and get a job he can go back to school) It’s going to be super hard but the outcome is so worth it! I cannot wait to be able to provide for my little family and do what I love!

I haven’t given birth yet but I plan on continuing my studies. I only have a year left in hours so I might as well finish it off right? I’m giving birth half way into next semester so I’m going half time for spring and back to full time in the fall. Thankfully my parents are supportive and willing to help me. If I need some study time, they’re more than willing to watch my baby

Unless you're going to have someone else caring for your kids during all the time you need for studying, I don't think it's possible & would wait till they're older.

My cousin is about to get in the nursing program with a 4 and 1 year old. His wife will basically be doing everything so he can focus on the program.

I only have one and I’m a full time student, it’s definitely harder but do able, nursing program is really strict and hard I’ve heard, my mom did it with two kids but we weren’t under 2! My LO is 16 months

Honestly I'd like to know also. Baby girl is 9 months and I need 8 years minimum of school to become an OB. Kinda wanna hop on that ya know
