A couple months back, my fiance and I went looking at rings and found a set at our favorite antique shop. We talked about the best time to do it and we agreed on some time after his mom's wedding which is coming up in November.

So here we are in East Tennessee visiting a friend and we went on a nature walk the other day. Friend asked if she could borrow my camera and I handed it off to her to go do her thing. Levi takes me over to one of the waterfalls, gets down on one knee, and says "I know we were wanting to wait, but this is too pretty of a place to pass up when proposing to the most beautiful woman. Will you marry me?"

It still feels a little odd having a ring on my left hand but I'm so glad we've made it to this point. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend. ❤
