What's going on?! Please help!!

Hi ladies.

So, my periods have ALWAYS been heavy flow for the first 2-3 days then lighter for 3-4 days after that. Also, I ALWAYS get PMS (Sore boobs and cramps) atleast a week before my period starts. This month, I've had NO PMS symptoms at all.

This month, on CD 30 I started spotting brown blood. No flow. Just when I wipe, it's been happening for 2 days now with only very slight cramping every now and again.

On CD 31, I vomited like heaps of clear bile/saliva (sorry for TMI)

and today, CD2 my cervix is so high, I can barely reach it and feels soft to touch with the brown spotting still there.

I didn't track ovulation this month as we have decided to let things happen naturally however, I have taken FRER tests with FMU for past two days and they are negative. I am so, SO confused!

Any ideas or experiences like this?
