Just in time for World Mental Health Day, our newest meditation content has just been added to Glow! We've added a whole new category of meditations for you to try. Feeling stressed? Dealing with PMS? Anxiety? Relationships? We've added meditations to help you deal with all of these.
Just make sure you have the latest version of the app (currently rolling out to both iOS and Android users!) Then go to the homepage and click "resources."
